One of a series of vases made with invasive Oriental Bittersweet which is taking over Central Virginia after a year of record rainfall. This one is one of the “tall” versions. Hard to tell the difference in the pictures. Each vase is completely unique because it uses the impression of a unique branch of bittersweet, in addition to being hand-made, one at a time, on the wheel, by a completely unique person (me), whose work varies with mood, time of day, fatigue, energy, etc. So, anyway, this piece is THIS piece: Bittersweet Vase Large (W). I put a W on the bottom of the vase in Sharpie. I won’t always be this careful to match photo with specific piece. 8.75″ tall by 3 7/8″ wide at top.
