This lamp deserves to be the center of attention in whatever room you place it in, with graceful draping leaf impressions accented by clusters of red clay “berries” all around. The celadon glaze runs a bit when fired to 2300 degrees to create a watercolor effect. Sue Johnson, of Berkeley CA, makes the octagonal sheeted mica shade, with piping carefully matched to the glaze of the lamp base. The shade also sports some dried pepper tree leaves. 21″ tall. Shade is 18″ wide.
