Whenever I walk the Creek Road woods, I pull up garlic mustard where I find it growing.  Garlic mustard is an invasive species, but it is edible!  This generous platter is impressed with one of the garlic mustard plants I pulled up to save the native flora of my beloved woods.  The platter is 13.5″ in diameter–big enough to hold a whole roast chicken, for instance.  Glazed in a mottled blue reminiscent of a cloud studded sky.
