Jack-in-the-Pulpit leaves have very interesting veining, which you can see clearly in the impressed image in the cornflower blue cameo at the center of this large bowl.  The cameo is surrounded by an anal-compulsive pattern of points produced by pressing the pointy end of a churchkey into the leather hard clay one at a time, over and over again.  That pattern is treated with a red iron oxide wash, and the rim and back of the bowl are black.  15″ in diameter by 5″ deep.
