I believe the information you share with me should remain private, to the degree that I can ensure that. I will not sell your information under any circumstances. All credit card purchases are made on a secure server and encrypted to ensure your safety.
We collect email address where possible. The information we collect is used to contact consumers for marketing purposes and may occasionally be shared with other organizations, groups, businesses, or people with the sole purpose of promoting joint ventures and events. Opt-out options from our correspondence will always be available.
Shipping & Returns
The pottery you order is made by hand. Each piece is unique and will vary slightly in color and size from the examples pictured. Botanical specimens will vary seasonally according to what can be found in the woods the day your order is made, and all handles and knobs are completely unique. These variations are natural parts of the pottery-making process and should be expected. We carefully inspect each piece for defects, such as chips, cracks, and glaze misses, before it leaves the studio.
We guarantee that all items sent will be of first-quality and substantially similar to those pictured on this website. If, however, you choose to return a piece, you can do so, but you must pay for return shipping and insurance. If you choose to return a piece for exchange, you must pay for return shipping and insurance and for shipping the new piece from my studio. If there is a problem with your shipment due to breakage or damage in shipping, please save all packaging materials and call us within ONE WEEK of receipt. We cannot replace/exchange any piece broken AFTER it is in your hands.
Orders are shipped via UPS ground service. Additional charges may apply for overnight, 2-day, or 3-day shipping. Standard shipping charges are determined by item type and will be specified to you at the time of check out.
